This package is perfectly suited for brides on a budget, who have booked their vendors and who have planned their wedding down to the very last detail. You are the designer of your wedding day, and Oh Happy Day is there to ensure that your expectations are met and your plans are carried out professionally.
This management service includes drawing up your timeline and liaising with your chosen vendors in the week before your wedding day, however we take no responsibility for vendors already hired or those not endorsed by Oh Happy Day. This package does not include any Friday styling set ups or Sunday strike (take down). Our on the day wedding management and coordination service will enable you to have a relaxed, stress free and memorable celebration on your wedding day, with our team at the helm to ensure everything runs smoothly.
- Prices are ‘Starting From’ and are set according to hours of work and guest PAX
- Any quotes are valid for 5 working days from date of issue.
- In order to secure our services on your wedding date a 40% non-refundable booking fee is required followed by 30% of the amount on your invoice 3 months prior to the wedding date. The remaining 30% is due no later than 14 working days prior to your event date.
- All packages exclude transport costs, which are charged separately and included on final invoice.
- Transport not charged for if the location falls within a 100km radius (return). There after costs are charged at R5,50/km.
- Accommodation may be required for bookings that fall out of a 100km radius for the duration of set up and the night of your function.
- Please kindly note that no services will be issued on the date of your wedding until payment has been received in full for all vendors booked by Oh Happy Day for your wedding/function.
